The SM-SKZ-TM control block

The universal control block SM-SKZ-TM may be used as automatic control block for single phase thyristor’s CP rectifiers (with two controlled thyristors).  For first installation of the block this one may be completed by additonal set with external power supply transformer, measuring shunt (75 mV, 100 Amps) and wires with connectors plug for connection to the rectifier’s circuits.

The block is equipped by:

• Integrated DC Ampermeter/Voltmeter (range till 100Amps/100 V)
• Output current/voltage regulator
• Automatic/Nonautomatic modes switcher
• Switcher of output current or protective potential automatic stabilization modes.

The block provide next parameters and modes:

• Rectifier’s output current/voltage control for range from 2 till 100% nominal value;
• Nonautomatic mode control by rectifier’s output current/voltage
• Mode of automatic stabilization of the rectifier’s output current for range from 2 till 100% nominal value
• Mode of automatic stabilization of the protective potential relatively reference electrode for range from –0,5 till -4,5 V
• Accuracy of stabilization is not less 2,5%
• Indication of output current and voltage for ranges from 0 till 100 Amps and from 0 till 100 V.
