Users Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is placed on the website www.esa-shop.ru (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and constitutes the offer from the Individual entrepreneur Vadim V. Pervunin to conclude an agreement for the conditions set forth below:
1. General provisions
1.1. You hereby acknowledge that from the moment of registration on the Site and during the time of using the Site, as well as personalized services of the Site, you are the Site User till your personal appeal to the Site Administration with a request to refuse any relationship with the Site.
1.2. Your use of the Site in any way and in any form within its declared functionality, including:
a) viewing materials placed on the Site;
b) registration and/or authorization on the Site;
c) placement or display on the Site of any materials, including but not limited to such as: texts, hypertext links, images, audio and video files, data and/or other information;
creates this Agreement under the terms below in accordance with the provisions of Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. By using any of the above possibilities of the Site, you acknowledge that:
a) got acquainted with the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Site;
c) accept all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions and limitations on your part and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to conclude an agreement based, you should immediately stop any use of the Site.;
d) The Agreement (including any of its parts) may be modified by the Site without any special notice. The new edition of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its posting on the Site or bringing to the notice of the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement..
2. General Terms of Use the Site
2.1. The site sells goods through the web resource www.esa-shop.ru and associated service sections of the Site.
2.2. The Site delivers the goods by the methods are specified in Part 5 of this Agreement.

2.6. You agree that the Site is not responsible for any delays, malfunctions, incorrect or late delivery, deletion or loosing of any notices. Also, the Site reserves the right to re-send any notice if it is not received by you.

2.8. You acknowledge that the description accompanying the goods on the Site does not claim to be exhaustive information and may contain inaccuracies. 2.9. You acknowledge that the Site makes sufficient efforts to ensure that the appearance, packaging and characteristics of the goods correspond to the descriptions given in the Site catalog. At the same time, the Site informs you that the actual appearance, packaging and characteristics of the product may differ from these descriptions in the case of an product modifications, as well as in case of changes in the product directly by the manufacturer.
2.10.You are informed that the price and availability of goods on the Site changes around the clock without prior notice and are indicated in the individual status and detailed product card displayed in the catalog on the Site.
3.User obligations by the Site using
3.1. You agree to use not of the Site services for the purpose of:
3.1.1. downloading content that is illegal violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and/or discrimination on racial, national, sexual, religious, social grounds; contains inaccurate information and/or insults to specific individuals, organizations, authorities;
3.1.2. incentives to commit unlawful acts, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions in force in the territory of the Russian Federation and/or other countries;
3.1.3. violation of the rights of minors and/or harm to them in any form;
3.1.4. minority rights abuses;
3.1.5. posing as another person or representative of the organization and / or community without sufficient rights, including the Site’s employees;
3.1.6. misrepresentation regarding the properties and characteristics of any goods from the catalog on the Website, incorrect comparison of goods, as well as the formation of a negative attitude towards persons use or not use certain goods, or condemnation of such persons;
3.1.7. download content that you have no right to make available under the laws of the Russian Federation or according to any contractual relationship;
3.1.8. download of content that affects and/or contains any patent, trademark, trade secret, company name, copyright and related rights, as well as other rights to intellectual property owned or legally used by third parties;
3.1.9. download advertising information and/or spam without allowed in a special way;
3.1.10. collection and processing of personal data, information about the privacy of any persons;
3.1.11. violations of the normal operation of the Site;
3.1.12. violations of Russian or international law.
3.2. You agree not to use abusive words, obscene and offensive images, comparisons and expressions on the Website, including with regard to gender, race, nationality, profession, social category, age, language of a person and citizen, and also regarding organizations, authorities, official state symbols (flags, emblems, hymns), religious symbols, objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments).
3.3. You acknowledge and agree that the Site has the right (but not the obligation) at its own discretion to refuse to post and/or remove any content available through the Site services..
4. Privacy Policy

5. Terms of purchase and delivery of goods

5.2. You hereby agree that the chosen method of payment is not subject to change from the date of placing the order on the Site without the Site Administrator agree.
5.3. You hereby agree that the confirmation of an order paid by any of the available methods occurs only after confirmation of the debiting of funds for payment of the order.
5.4. You confirm that the payment of the order online by the method must be made within 5 calendar days from the date of its registration on the Site. You agree that in case of non-payment of the order after the specified period, the order may be canceled.
5.5. The site delivers the goods in the following ways: the site delivery service (courier delivery or delivery to the pick-up point), postal delivery by CDEK, Russian Post, some transport companies, as well as any other method available on the Site. You can choose any delivery method convenient for you in accordance with the terms of delivery to your region/country or based on your preferences.
5.6. You agree that if it is impossible to transfer the goods to you through your fault, including violation of the period during which you are obliged to pick up the goods, the Site will be regarded as your refusal from the goods. In this case, the product is returned to the Seller, and the order is considered canceled.
5.7. In the event of your refusal from the goods, as well as in the absence of the goods ordered by you, the advance payment for the goods transferred to the Site, with the exception of the Site’s costs of delivering the goods, will be returned to you no later than 10 calendar days from the date of the refusal request.

6. A responsibility

6.3. You acknowledge that the Site is not responsible for possible loss and/or damage to data that may occur due to your violation of the provisions of this Agreement, as well as improper access and/or use of personalized services of the Site.
6.4. Responsibility for the actions of minors, including the purchase of goods from the catalog on the Site, lies with the legal representatives of minors.
6.5. You agree that if the Site fails to fulfill and/or improperly fulfill its obligations to sell and/or deliver the goods to you in connection with the provision of invalid and/or invalid data about you, as well as your failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Site is not responsible.
